when a manual entry is listed in a blob or home page, assign to it also a “source”

When manual entries appear in the list of card, it does not look nice not to have a source as all the rest. Perhaps in the manual entry’s form one could add also a source name and URL, to be used as the source for this entry? Or the “base URL” could be used by default as the URL, and only a sou…
